it's crazy but first day back, having the realization that Whoa, yr 11, senior year, completely hit me with nostalgia. I was reminded of first day in highschool as a yr 7. (i missed out on summer this year being in china so i think i am still allowed to throw around words like nostalgia) Only, I loved year 7, and yr 11 I'm not so sure about.
my biggest accomplishment right now is that I have no regrets about the unconventional subjects I chose, like modern and business as they are the ones i'm living for basically. That's about half my time table so woop I think i'm doing alright.
modern has made me realise that american presidents are all lies! they are well meaning but how they became president, i.e. from mob connections, or cos their daddy has old money seems scandalous! also they all seemed to have had an affair with marilyn monroe (xoxo GOSSIP GOAT here, could our favourite redhead Kennedy be having an affair?!) why would they pour millions into ad campaigns and even enlist the mafia just to get assassinated?
also this has been a real eye-opener because I though mafia back in the days were all taiwanese or russian, and the US was supposed to be enemies with the USSR...or were they actually frenemies
anyways I am excited for our next topic! oh did you hear theres a rumour in st petersburg
oh i just read the title...this was supposed to be about having it all and me using a russel simmons reference but whatever...i can always do that, i cant always have a lament on first day and how i didnt even talk to the new people even though i already knew them from before
