Hello I was going to do a rant post explaining why I had a shit day but then I evaluated my mood, and realised i feel greaaat. :DD it's this amazing sunny weather
After squash I caught the 2:40 bus to towers. I could’ve made the 2:20, but I sat there for a full twenty minutes waiting for someone who didn’t turn up. I went to the legit price-attack chemist upstairs and asked about cartilage piercings : $25 for 1 or $35 for two. Well I didn’t have enough money so I brought some EOS lipbalm, lemon scented and so yummy after I made the purchase I felt happy, and I was going to catch my bus home when I saw the tiny studs the salesgirl was wearing. I asked her where she got them, because I wanted them too. She told me that she probably brought them from dotti, and since dotti was just a few stores down I went there and checked it out, also to scope out possible formal dresses. When I got there though, they had like the exact same stock as last week. And the week before that. Infact they seem to have even less (ok obviously because people buy it). I was going to catch my bus now but then I heard the staff discussing the ‘massive sale on at sportsgirl’
The conversation went a bit like this:
“Don’t buy that scarf, there’s a massive sale on at sportsgirl”
“ooh, really?”
“Yeah, you can get a cute skirt and a bag for under 30”
So then I rushed off to sportgirl, thinking I’d just check the sales section and not miss my bus. UNFORTUNATELY, as I was leaving sportsgirl I saw someone I wanted to avoid :L so I decided to detour ze long way to the bus stop. On my way I walked past a dodgy chemist, but it was advertising Maybelline liquid eyeliner for 30% off, and I needed some new eyeliner. I walked it, grabbed the eyeliner and got up to the staff, but then I decided to ask if they did piercings there (they did!!)
It’s $25 for 1 or 2, so I decided to get my ears done there. The person doing them will be on holidays until next week though, but i can wait. and save 10 bucks, wooo yeah. as I was making that decision this old couple walked into the store, they saw me holding the eyeliner and they were all like, “aren’t you too young for this?”
Old lady: He’s paying you a compliment, he says you look young!
Old man: Oh yes, look at me. I’m so young looking and I have never used make-up before”
Old lady: young people like you don’t need to spread that on your face
Old man: hA ha ha you’d look good without it, trust me
Me: ….
I would like you to be proud of what I did next…but tbh all I did was back away, return the eyeliner to the shop and run away :s. Reminds me of yesterday when I went to the counter to pay for the henna, and the lady was all like: No you can’t buy this, chemically treated hair reacts badly with henna and you’ll have singed hair. Clearly they don't depend on commission
So by this time I had missed all of my buses, so I decided to catch the 6 0 clock one and just chill for a bit. I asked about jobs at pieface and that cafe upstairs that supposedly pays its highschool staff 25 an hour. I’m detoxing atm so I tried not to buy KFC..but I did. So. Have to start over now. I brought some apple liquorice from Darrell lea, it’s so good. It doesn’t even taste like liquorice, the name is so misleading.
Moral of the story is don’t waste time making decisions, just rush into them it’s summer

* edit: internet usage got changed to 120 gbs a month, now i can freely download without worrying about being capped. i'm downloading the entire betsey johnson catalogue, i heard she started a new range, called pink ticket or pink pansy or something lool. and also dead throne and that wcar thingggg
