watched this movie today called Philadephia. It's all about this top-notch lawyer guy who gets fired because he's gay and has AIDS. It's quite emotional with all these human rights issues of discrimination and prejudice and such! (prejudice? pride and prejudice? mr. darcy!)
Anyways Madonnas getting sued too: some other brand has the name Material Girl and they had it first and there can't possibly be TWO Material Girls or else shoppers will get confused. I remember a couple of years ago this clothing brand was suing JK Rowling because they thought of the name Harry Potter first, except that was even lamer because its not like their shoppers will get confused ' erm excuse me, is this the wizard or the brand'
