je nes sais quoi

These past weeks I've been noticing USYD a little more and I've been giving it a little more love. There's something about USYDs dark green lawns and beautiful quadrangle architecture that lends an affectation to your actions. I've recently caught it. Like the distant students I once felt bitter towards, now it's me striding purposefully across the quad, dodging the Tony Abbot protestors. Suddenly I don't find myself craving the communal life of UNSW.  It can even keep it's lonely car park that I coveted, the one with one cat that's always there. I love Honi Soit, I love the student activists, I love the serious, Fisher library, and the modern, funky Sci-tech library, the infamous Unibros kebab shop, my USYD sweatshirt.
We recently had student elections and each voter got a voucher for free drink on campus.
